This blog is intended as a supplement to some of the other web-based work I am doing. I will be sharing new legal information that I come across in my practice, even in areas that are not my focus. While the site is intended to be informational, it is not to be considered legal advice. Every case has a different fact pattern and even subtle differences in the fact pattern of a case can make a huge difference.
It is my hope that I can demystify the legal system a little. I have seen many people suffer unecessarily because the were afraid of lawyers or afraid of the legal system. Like many things in life, the more you understand the system, the less intimidating it becomes.
